"I came, checked in, and provided all of my information. They informed me that there would be a long wait and assured me they'd text when it was my turn. After a wait of over an hour, I walked in to see what’s going on about the delay. They then informed me that they never checked me in and I would have to wait my turn. There was no apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Terrible customer service. I won't be going back."
