Over the years I have witnessed the growth of She Locs, in professional appearance in the stylist and a Positive vibe in the salon. The moment you step in the door, you are greeted with a nice warm welcome! It’s truly refreshing. My current stylists over the last 6-7 months is LANI!! She is absolutely Amazing!! Her personality, and professionalism truly keeps me coming back. She gives a great hair wash and her re-twist and ropes are the best!! "Took me forever to finally leave a review. My last scheduled appointment with Shea Locs McDonough was 2/28/23. While I was enroute to my appointment, I called to let them know I was running a few minutes late. During that phone call, I was told that my appointment had been canceled due to me not confirming before hand, and I had to reschedule. Talk about HOT! They tried to get me in with a different stylist, but I refused because I wanted my stylist. I stayed respectful and didn't go off, because obviously the person relaying the bad news is just doing their job. I asked why would you cancel a REGULAR client who didn't confirm every single time I was asked if I was still coming!?!? To be fair to them, this particular appointment I missed their phone call and didn't reply to their email (both form of contacts I typically didn't confirm through), but I also didn't get their regular text message that usually allows you to confirm. Mind you I was a regular monthly customer for almost two years. My main stylist was on point. 5 stars through and through. To this day, no one has done a better job than my main stylist at Shea Locs. Their customer service and attention to repeat customers is what's getting the 3 stars, not my main stylist. To me, they're not as personable like it is with my barber."
