"My experience, among every single one of the other girls with me, was absolutely terrible. Right off the bat, every one of our stylists were rude and it was obvious they were in a rush. My stylist asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and I let her know that i would like a hair wash with a scalp massage, my hair blown out and styled. Her immediate response was “Nope. That’s not possible. I don’t have time for all of that because I leave at 1:00. I’ll wash, blow dry and style but forget the scalp massage.” I was a bit taken back but let it slide off my back. While getting my hair washed, she was extremely rough and again, made it very obvious that she was in a rush to get me out of her chair. When we got back to the chair for her to blow dry and style my hair, she asked me what style I wanted and I chose the ‘Mai-Tai’ style. Once she started blow drying my hair, again, she was extremely rough to the point that my head was being pulled towards whatever side she was working through. When 1:00 came around (which i assume was the time her shift ended) she looked at her watch, huffed and puffed and started styling my hair so fast that it did not even turn out anywhere close to what I had asked for. Check out was complete madness. We asked the lady to split our payments up and she looked at us like we had just asked her if she’d give us a million dollars. When she finally did split it, my friend put her card in and it charged her the full amount for 4 people (which was everyone in our group) so she spoke up and asked her about it but her response left us even more confused than when we started and she was talking to us like we were absolutely stupid. I am certainly disappointed, especially for the price that we all pay for these services. We were here to celebrate a friends birthday and it was such a let down to hear that even she had just as bad of an experience as the rest of us in our group. It speaks volume that all 4 of us had the same exact experience and unfortunately shows that it wasn’t just a “bad day” for a stylist or something. We will certainly not be returning to this location."

"My blowout turned out nice but the Stylist Jessica was rude and impersonal. She didn't come over to the foyer to greet me. She called out i A low voice for me to come to her from the chair. I didn't feel like I was being pampered at all. I tried to make small talk but she made it clear that she wasn't interested. Additionally, she never asked me if I liked my blowout. She didn't say goodbye or anything. She just walked off. I don't think she should be dealing with the public if she's going to have such an attitude. I'll never have her do my blowout again. The receptionist manager was VERY nice and made me feel welcomed."

"I have come here a few times for special occasions in the past. I came here for a treat yourself day and got the Cosmo blow out. I love the loose curls and the attention to detail that my stylist gave me. She was very patient, gentle and sweet individual. I showed her a picture of one of my past blow outs and she nailed it! Can't wait to return :)"

"I popped in here to see if anyone had time to work me in. Jessica gave me a great shampoo and a super relaxing scalp massage. She then went to work with the blowdryer and finished off the style with a flat iron. I couldn’t be happier with how my hair looks and highly recommend this place!!"
