"Worst experience ever. My hair was wet, straight, and parted correctly. I left with waves and product in my hair. The next day I straightened it, and my hair is uneven all over. One side has a chunk about a half inch shorter than the rest. One side is about an inch longer than the other side. It is absolutely awful. 0/10, do not recommend. When I called to speak to someone, the assistant manager literally did not care, did not ask to see my hair, showed no interest whatsoever. I drove up there and I got my “money” back and it wasn’t even all that we spent. She never looked up my name or profile to confirm. It seriously was the worst experience I’ve ever had."
