"We went in about 3pm, so it was past lunch but not dinner yet. We did not eat the buffet this time and just ordered off the menu. I got chicken tenders and fries, both were fresh and hot. My bf got hot wing and fries, he ordered hot. I asked him how were they, he said they were better than the ones at the Woodbury location, this location was actually HOT. We will return another time to try the buffet, I hear it's EXCELLENT! The staff seemed tired, which they probably were are lunch rush. The place could use a face lift, but other than that, good experience."

"We love to go on Friday night. They have our individual favorites then. I love the shrimp, coleslaw, and blackberry cobbler. My husband loves the collards, mac and cheese, salisbury steak, and banana pudding."

"A bunch of dirty dishes at the bar for ready to eat food. We eat here fairly often it’s been awhile but it’s the first time I pulled 5 plates in a row that were dirty, I get back to the table and tell my husband and he said he pulled a bunch of dirty plates too. This is enough reason to lose us as customers if we see it like this again. Please retrain your dishwasher, this is not sanitary and un acceptable."

"I ordered food for a family celebration. I ordered food to feed 50 people; roast beef, fried chicken, potatoes & gravy, mac & cheese, beans, collards, and rolls. I wanted southern comfort food and that is exactly what I got. The food was excellent and the service was top notch! We choose to pick up rather than delivery and the food was ready at the time agreed. Every concern I had turned out to be no problem because they did such a good job. The food was fresh and hot, everyone loved the food, and we had plenty of food. I highly recommend using their catering services so you can relax and enjoy your event. "Absolutely love Tim's Chicken Shack. The food, the service and the atmosphere is AAA+. I wish they were open 7 days a week. You can get all you can eat for one price, or a meat with 2 vegetables for a lower price. The peach cobbler is excellent."
