Domino's Pizza 406 West Taylor Street, Griffin, GA 30223

"Ordered online. 45 minutes later stopped by to see if the tracker was correct or the time left was coreect. Screen said 5 minutes but employee said a minimum of 45 more minutes. 90 minute wait for 3 pizzas is crazy. Thank goodness for Chick-fil-A. Update: Tried again 2 days later and still no pizzas. Ordered an hour and a half before we needed the pizzas and they were not close to making them after an hour."

"I placed an online order of just 2 pizzas at 8:13pm. It is now 11:21pm & my pizza is still not delivered. They didn’t started making the pizza until almost 10pm. Quality check was at 10:07pm. But it’s still not out for delivery. Now they are saying there are 7 customers before me & only 1 delivery driver. I don’t recommend ordering from this dominos. Please listen to all of the negative reviews because they are true! This place needs to get it together. Now I will receive cold pizza hours after placement. Ridiculous."

"Ordered via internet, an hour after the order was still not here. Called the store to be told my order is ready but it would take 45 minutes to get it. The person who answered asked if I wanted to pick it up. Got to the store, just to be told my order was out for delivery, called to complain to the manager who said no my order is sitting there because I said I would pick it up. When I told her this was the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced she just said we are doing the best we can. Well, Domino’s, if the is the best I am scared if what the worst is. I do intend on taking this as far as I can because the manager showed very little empathy or compassion and I spent almost $60.00. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again."

"The medium pan was great, it always is, so the only reason I gave it three stars on service is because of the wait time. The last few times I've ordered, it's taken almost an hour and a half for the pizza to be ready. If this is a constant problem - and it seems to be - why not install another oven? Other than that, a good pizza at a good price."

"My family made a delivery order on the website at 5 PM. We didn't see the delivery guy for 2 hours. We called in between this time and was told our pizza was in the process of being made. 2 hours goes by and no delivery. I decided to go up to Dominos and when I spoke with the lady at the register she began to look for my order. Looking everywhere in the store she could not find my order. She called on a fellow employee to help her and they both continued searching. They couldn't find my order! So the fellow employee said let me make it up real fast. So I waited. In between my husband is calling the restaurant and he finally gets on the phone with them. I'm listening to this conversation as I am sitting inside the restaurant waiting. This fellow employee never mentioned to my husband how they had misplaced our order and they were very sorry. They never gave us any sort of apology. Pizza was done a good 30 minutes later. When I was handed the pizza by this fellow employee, he never once made eye contact with me or made any sort of apology. Very poor customer service. All the while, it's getting later and later and my family was waiting to eat dinner. If you got the free time to sit around and have this place misplace your order, go for it! But if you want timely service then I would pick a different pizza joint in town. By observing this establishment while I waited I can tell you this is a regular occurrence."
