Pizza Hut 1575 West McIntosh Road, Griffin, GA 30223

"Let me start this with a positive first, the food was delicious... probably the best it's ever been! However, the customer service or lack thereof was beyond horrible! My son and I sat at the pick up window for 13 minutes with ZERO recognition. We saw two different young men walking in the kitchen area, but would not acknowledge us. After I pulled off in frustration, I could see that the crew members were all sitting in a booth laughing and smiling. At that point, one young man went to the window to help the car that was behind me. My son tried to enter but the door was locked and they would not let him in, just told him to walk to the other side. I stayed in the car while my son went in to pick up our order. Another 9 - 10 minutes had passed before he was helped on the inside. This is not the first time that has happened where you go in and don't even see anyone. You can cough, clear your throat, make any noise, even say HELLO?, you will get helped when you get helped. If you don't want to do your job and provide the necessary services, then close the store."

"If you come inside they won’t come to the front and check to see if any customers are there, another customer and I were trying to get their attention in which all of them then went to the back! I proceeded to knock on the door leading to the back and the lady at the window was rude stating she was working the window, I then told her we had been waiting at the front, one customer had even walked out. She was rude so I was rude back, she then called someone to help us which should’ve been done without the attitude!!"

"Server was very evidential on dope, got order wrong, brought out half of order at a time, no silverware furnished or offered, we had to ask. Was rude and talked like she was out of her head. Absolutley ridiculous!"

"I ordered a dinner box and some wings at 5:25pm this evening and it said my estimated delivery was 5:55pm. At 5:40pm I got a text saying my delivery was on the way. It’s now almost 7:45pm and my pizza is still not here. I have spoken with 4 different people and each one says “your driver is on the way. Your pizza should be there in the next 10 minutes or so” - I understand being short staffed but this is UNACCEPTABLE! Nothing has even been offered to remedy the situation, just an insincere “I’m sorry we didn’t meet you expectations”. This has been the worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had. 0/10 do not recommend."

"I really used to love this location...I can honestly say our waitress was good... unfortunately she was alone and working really hard to please all the customers...her service was better than the prep time for the food considering I saw 3 people in the kitchen... food was good just slow to come out... this restaurant used to be a major cornerstone in the city...the level really needs to be raised"
