"Went here for the first time and will not recommend for anyone. Their website says first timers get $35. But when you get there they make you purchase the packages that are nothing less than $30-45 for average to subpar service. Also, the add on is not added time to your service, they squeeze in everything in the 30 mins given (if you’re not late cause of parking). It’s hard to find where they are cause Google takes you elsewhere. You’re in the parking lot for 10 mins trying to figure out parking and if you’re even 5 minutes late then the service becomes for 25 minutes instead of 30. I got 20 minutes for $80 without tip. The lady doing my facial had no sense of customer experience at all. I wouldn’t recommend Jasmine at all. Jasmine was only concerned about upselling the products because “the basic facial wouldn’t do anything for you”. Also, the $5 or $10 off if you follow them only applies if you purchase products from them. UPDATE - they reached out to me via email and text to come back in for a complimentary regular facial with extraction (30 min). I saw Cristi and my experience was completely different and pleasant this time and left with no complaints. She was amazing and walked through every product she was using on me. She was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy towards anything. I would go to her again later anytime! Booked my next facial already because of the amazing experience I had the second time around."

"I had my first appointment today at Sandy Springs location. First off I have found my forever esthetician, the Skin Boss. She was absolutely amazing. I will continue to book with her. The facial was so relaxing. Ive had one before for a longer period of time at another location and it didnt compare to the services today. The business was so clean and welcoming. Hands down the best. Cant wait to go back in a couple weeks."
"My facial was amazing!!! I came out glowing!! It was my first visit so the service was $25 and I also added on extractions $10 and the Pumpkin Peel $20. And the Ice Queens felt wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and we felt right at home."
