"Trinity has wonderful customer service I get off work late and come to this location over Tom hill and any other chain of restaurants...she is always pleasant even when the line is wrapped around the bulding. Poor customer service is so common now.. so always getting wonderful service should be recognized....."

"I did not love it. Cheddar whiz on a cheddar burger was a huge disappointment. I really liked the shake. I hope it was made with real milk and ice cream. I will not forget this place. And, remember not to stop by, again."

"Visited location off Eisenhower and decided to go in...big mistake. We stood waiting for order to be taken over 7 minutes while workers were talking, seemed to be putting on or taking off clothes at the drive in while another cashier was working the window but didn't come to help us. The cashier that was working drive thru had to come take our order. Once we rcvd the food, the order was incorrect, items missing and the sandwiches did not have the correct sides. Once we finally got food corrected and were eating, one of the workers called a very small child that was in the lobby alone to the employee only door and took him in the back. One of the members in our party mentioned "I didn't know children worked here". Then i saw him going through the door with his hand in his pants. Then about 5 minutes later he came out with another employee."

"First, lots of panhandling in the parking lot, was approached by 2 individuals asking for money and food. Second, order was incorrect... ordered 3 BBQ sandwich trays for $6.99ea, was charged $21.27 before tax and only received 2 trays in bag. Finally, found a stretchy, rubbery-like substance (skin or wrapper?) in one of the BBQ sandwiches as I was pulling it apart for my toddler (see picture). I have eaten at this Cookout before and received the correct order and no issues with BBQ. Vagrants have been an issue at this location previously."

"After a very busy traveling weekend we went to cookout because it was close by. We have been here before and they have been decent but definitely not today. When placing the order the girl at the counter was very confusing about meals and clearly didn’t know the menu and differences between the plate and tray. My bf and I have gone to different cookouts before so we were familiar. She asked what I wanted on my burger and was rude in her explanation about how they add more ingredients to the regular burger when I only just started off my order with cheese. She was confusing the menu AGAIN when my bf was ordering his food not properly explaining and saying something different that was shown on the menu when he said exactly what he wanted and suggested different sides after he explained what he wanted. After that while debacle I was like whatever I’ll let it go we got our food and on the way home I got nothing I ordered on the burger just cheese and bacon, I ordered lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, mustard. I don’t mind a missing sauce but EVERYTHING? I didn’t even order bacon. My bf food just looked really sad. Cajun fries were barely Cajun as there was barely any seasoning and if you get chicken nuggets as a side it’s just three tiny pieces. Not going to that cookout again they need better service and training clearly. I don’t write reviews in general but after a long day from traveling and being hungry for some delicious food, getting bad service and food is upsetting."
