"I used to go once maybe twice a month. Recently, she had gone up in price from $60 to $70 because I tipped her $10 once. Also, she strips the hair of all oils during the wash by shampooing 4+ times. But, conditioner, she only leaves on for a few seconds. My curl pattern hasn’t returned since my last service where I had deep conditioned my hair before I even went. My hair has been dry and my ends have split more since the last service. She seems to be under the impression that black women can’t have moisturized hair prior to a silk press."
