"DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAS STOLEN MY CARD INFORMATION AND HAS USED IT TWICE NOW! I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE ALL MY CARDS AND FIGHT TO HAVE MY MONEY RETURNED! I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE BUT YOU ARE EVIL TO BE STEALING FROM PEOPLE! ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAYS! EVERYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR INFORMATION!"
"The store is supposed to be open 24 hours. I usually leave work at 2am and like to stop on my way home however 2 different times now the store has been closed due to "technical difficulties" when I asked the staff about the closing I was told they do this to clean and stock. Unfortunately there aren't any other 24 hour stores near so I have to drive 20 min back the way I came to get anything. Now I just stop at the clipper location. They're open like they're supposed to be and friendly. Your losing money over this nonsense."
"I just witnessed something ugly here today at Circle K in Dawsonville. The clerk was referring to an African American woman as "something is wrong here inside the store". Is that how they treat customers around here ?Its not the first time I’ve noticed that kind of behavior from the man wearing glasses works at this store .... Really ? It wouldn't be a bad idea to bring some spotlight over here in order to get it straight. That would be a nice feed for the media, specially now, with all that racial tension going on."
"Alex is a female employee..very short and blonde hair and overall one of the rudest employees i've ever encountered in my life. It seems as if she was the owner of the store but it turns out a woman named Meesha is the store manager and we saw very quickly how rude she is as well. We do not feel welcome here at all. And Alex became very rude when I began to count out my quarters. She does not appreciate change of any kind. She gets very irritable if all we have is change. We shophere 24/7 for over a year and a half. And still no one has ever corrected the issues with this store. Charles is also another emoyee who is very inappropriate. He makes us feel very uncomfortable when he asks to check our IDS for tobacco and beer purchaces he stares at our ids and asks us weird questions like is this really you as he smiles at us. This is ridiculous. Hopefully someone will finally do something about Alex and Charles so that all paying customers are welcome. We have made circle k alot of money over the last year and half. And overall Meesha is the store manager. We get no where when we request action to be taken. Theres nothing wrong constructive criticism and having good customer service."
