"Horrible and in humane customer service. The young male manager was calm and collective at taking my order and assisting with showing me how to use my rewards but his waitress didn’t offer anything to drink not even water and I had 4 kids with me. I had to take turns holding my 2 year old because the waitress didn’t offer us a highchair. The highchairs were stacked right across the dinning room. This was the lowest form of customer service that I have ever experienced and that woman needs to be fired and the manager needs to reevaluate his managerial skills because when I voiced my concerns to him he tried to cover for her instead of apologizing. I had to wait for ever for hot syrup I had 3 orders. One to go and 2 which I had dined in. There is no reason why she couldn’t show my children and I the same courtesy that she showed the senior couple that was there. It was only two parties there me and my children and the senior couple. I’m absolutely disgusted. We never do business here again."

"Our experience was absolutely horrendous. We went in around 6:15 pm which is not a late or unreasonable time to go into a restaurant for dinner. Our server seemed tired and uninterested in our experience. When she took our order she had her hands in her pockets and her hip poked out. It took 20 minutes for her to bring the cream for my husband's coffee. It took almost 30 minutes to receive food even though we were sitting in a near empty restaurant. When we did receive our food the chicken was burnt and the waffles were undercooked. The server never came back to see how we were doing or to offer refills. After we paid the bill and were walking out the door, she called out to us and said, "Ma'am, you know we only make $2.13 and hour, right?," referring to the fact that we did not tip. When we responded that we know, because we have worked in the serving industry for some time, she looked dumbfounded and said "well then, I guess yall have a good christmas." Absolutely horrible. The servers name was Journy H. Will not be going back."

"Smaller IHOP in a shopping center , but definitely not small on food or service. We came on the morning of Sunday, November 19, 2023. Our waitress was really nice and our food was really good. While Waffle House and Cracker Barrel were totally packed out with 30+ minute wait times, IHOP took us right in and began to serve us. Would happily and confidently return here. It's a newer one too, so everything is clean and fresh."

"Driving back from Orlando decided to stop in to refill and finish the drive. Fairly new IHOP very clean our waitress and service was fantastic ordered breakfast food eggs ham hash browns girlfriend ordered the sirloin tips with eggs. The sirloin tips had a sweet tint to them which was in both of our opinions kind of unpleasant. Ordered the meat to be cooked rare came out medium well. The pancakes were fantastic. All in all not a bad experience just one item ordered wasn't what we would call up to par."

"Empty for a reason. Lunch hours are probably properly supervised. The evening shift however on an early Saturday night is not. The server was nice and prompt. The back staff was inadequate and immature based on the conversations coming from the kitchen. Avoid this place at dinner. Meal was wrong. Surprisingly considering we were the only patrons here"
