"Zero Stars for food, 0 stars for service. It took us 30 minutes to get our food. It was room temperature and terrible. Chicken was stringy and chewy. Couldn’t even eat it."

"Heard such good things about Shane’s so I figure I’ll give them a try. First time and last time at Shane’s. The wait was over 1 hour. They were out of pull pork, bake beans, and bake potatoes. The cashiers were aggravated with kitchen staff. Customers were fussing and asking for refunds. Smoked wings don’t even taste smoked."

"Normally I a very happy with the food that I received. However tonight for whatever reason we got undercooked food. One of the sandwiches was practically still mooing it was so raw. We ended up just throwing it on the grill and finishing the job. There was also some small pieces of plastic wrapper in my sandwich."

"The place was clean and the staff friendly. The ribs were burned and dried out on the ends. The chicken tenders were dried and hard, sauce was a must to use. The cowboy burger was good from what the hubby told me. We wait for about 20 minutes for take-out."

"I ordered tonight the 3 piece chicken fingers and fries. When I got my order I opened up the box and my 3 chicken tenders were about 3 or 4 inches long. What has happened to the tenders. Please bring back some decent tenders with good portions. Food was excellent. This message is for corporate or the owner. Staff was excellent. I have pictures. I put there pepper shaker and one of there hand wipes close to the chicken finger for scale comparison. Love coming here and eating about once a week."
