"I went through drive thru and placed my order at 4:58 mind you I was only car in line and only person there I was just sitting at window more than 10 minutes still waiting on my food so I drove around and went inside and kindly ask where my food was at and they was like what food the guy that took my order ask them then engineer y’all didn’t give it her mind you now my sandwich is just sitting on the counter the other worker informed that they was busy prepping I understand that but my food is just sitting there getting cold if I would have never drove around my sandwich would still be sitting on the counter worst customer service I ever had with them I will not be returning back to this firehouse anymore"

"There was a long wait time but the reason for that is because there is only one guy working there, so don't go too hard on him, plus the food is really good, I'm really glad I had my lunch here"

"I, like others, normally write nothing but 5 star reviews; not this time. Young man who took our order got the order right, because he repeated it. Young man who made our sandwich, that took way too long, had his jeans pulled halfway down his butt with his underwear showing! Had I seen this before he completed order, I would’ve walked out after getting a refund AND because the dang order was wrong! Won’t be going here again!"

"Normally, I have outstanding experiences at Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately, today was not good at all. At the drive-through, I placed my order and pulled up to the window. Fifteen minutes later (with cars lined up behind me), the cashier returned to the window and asked me if I had received my order. So he turned around a little bewildered and returned five minutes after that with my order making my time at the window a ridiculous twenty minutes. When I got home, both half sandwiches were messed up, the meat and veggies were on the bottom of the carton with the hoagie roll upside down on top of it. $18.00 for two half subs and it was awful."

"Easy placing my order over the phone. Girl who took my order spoke very clear, repeated everything, and my order was ready on time. My salad was soooo fresh!~ This is the only place where I don't need any dressing for my salad. I can eat it as is. The sandwich was perfectly made, too."
