McDonald's

"What has happened to McDonald's? While traveling I stopped here and ordered a latte. I waited at the counter over 5 minutes until somebody came to the register. After ordering I waited another 10 minutes as three employees talked and stood around. After I left I was driving onto the highway and realized they didn't give me a latte and charged me $4.38 for a regular coffee."

"Worst food ever. All of the food was cold. Couldn't return it because they closed before we could get out of the driveway. I haven't eaten McDonald's in years and McDonald's quickly reminded me why. Customers deserve hot food period. Plus the cost is at least $10.00 a meal."

"It was a cold night in Georgia (30°) ... But the dining room was cold, and my food was cold. I had ordered on the app and picked up inside. Ordered big breakfast, and a black coffee. Finally brought my food, had to ask for coffee ... and it actually took a while to get it (and it's right around the corner from the pick-up counter. I'm not one to complain .. but definitely could have been better."

"Took 15 minutes of waiting just to get drive-thru, alone! No other cars in sight at 3:30pm! to take my card. Had me waiting so long that my food came out the window damn near ICE COLD. Didn't even include my fries in the bag the first time which I'm glad because the would have been stale if they came off the hott rack with the burger."

"We visited around 9pm on a Friday night. We were asked if we can wait a few minutes for our order which was not a problem and was happy being patient. HOWEVER while waiting I observed 5 separate customers walk in. There was no acknowledgement by the staff. 3 of these customers walked out dude to not being able to speak with someone. The quality of your staff is hurting your brand and your bottom line. Everyone there did not look like they wanted to be there or cared. My final observation is about the cleanliness of your establishment. Although the dining room was clean the female bathroom door and the kiosk looked like a child had played with the soap dispenser due to the soap hand prints all over them. The food was hot, freshly made although the fries were only half full. Definitely room for improvement."
