"I was 10 min late for appointment because of doctors appointment and the only person in the shop would not do my hair even though she had no client. She was on her phone sitting on the couch when I arrived. I explained but she said it would put her behind for her other customers. I understand this but I'm handy cap and it takes a lot to go. I wish she would have understood my situation and been able to find a way to do my hair anyway. Her attitude was pleasant but is was clear she just didn't feel like working at that time. She was to quick to say no. And the way she said how can I help you when I walked in made me feel she was disappointed I walked in. I was a new client and I won't go back."
