"This salon is a nightmare. I went in. Had an appt to get my hair colored. She was supposed to do highlights and low lights, and at the end of everything the first day when I pulled my hair back, it was nothing but a solid color… So the next day I went back in there to have her fix it and instead of doing what we originally were supposed to be doing instead, she turned the whole top of my head basically Orange… w blotches…It was absolutely hideous… I was very very nice about it though and very understanding and knowing that some products are different from different salons because I just moved here and instead of apologizing and taking accountability for her mess up she instead got all snooty saying that she does a good job blah blah blah, and instead of actually fixing it she had a coworker of hers finish the job… So instead of taking the time to foil it And styling to make sure that it’s the exact way it supposed to be. She left it for her coworker to do… Let’s not mention that this appointment was over $300 and I gave her a 25% tip… And then the owner Erin wants to call and say that they don’t think that they can do my hair The way that I want it which is absolutely asinine because it’s so basic but it basically comes down to they know they messed up and they know they screwed up and they know how bad it looked and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right they just decided that “oh we can’t do your hair because we don’t think we can get it right”… So with that said, I would not make an appointment, or go see the salon at all… You will be sorely, sorely, disappointed… So now, I have to drive four hours back home next week to go get it fixed because of the mess up that they did, and the lack of responsibility and accountability that they took for it… It seriously makes me sick and as a business owner myself I know how to run a business and that’s not how you treat people… !! This is probably the absolute worst salon in Kennesaw !!!!"
