"I paid for a sew in and unfortunately, hair glue was used and I am allergic. I did not pay for a quick weave and it's very unfortunate that you guys do not have a brief consultation or conversation before service, like most hair professionals. I feel slated since I could not enjoy my style and my money was wasted. Almost 400 dollars wasted. I would like a refund or to be charged for a quick weave! There are ways to achieve a flat finish without using glue or maybe the use of glue was to rush and finish, either way, I paid for a sew-in for a reason. I also did not like standing around looking lost because you don’t greet customers when they walk in or assist them on how to pay for service at the end."
