"We decided to try this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. The staff at the bar seemed unenthusiastic about our presence. We seated ourselves and started looking at the menu. After several minutes of waiting for a server, we asked the bartender where the server was to which he responded, “you order up here.” So, you let a new customer sit for an extended period of time and was just never going to let them know the process? Rude. We left. Work on your customer service!"
