"I rarely come in here but I decided to come in here today to get me a hot breakfast. When I came in Brittney Mable was the cashier. She was very sweet , kind , attentive and she answered all my questions and made sure I got what I wanted . She was running front counter and drive thru! Even when I come through drive thru she has a pleasant attitude and she makes me feel like I’m welcomed here! She’s a very hard worker with a beautiful spirit! Normally, I don’t come to Hardee’s for the food I mainly come for the customer service! Britney can be working under so much stress with frustration but you will never know it because she always have a smile on her face! When I want breakfast this is where I will come from here on out! People say their food is expensive but it’s actually worth the price you pay! You get a decent amount of food for less the price compared to other restaurants! Not to mention the food is HOT! Anyways, I’ve enjoyed my eat here and thank you Britney for making sure I had the best experience possible! Keep up the good work because I will for sure be back!"

"The only reason this location is still open? Breakfast. The only reason I visit? Mushroom and Swiss burger. Short staffed, but six minutes between taking orders at the drive-thru at 1:00 PM is ridiculous. I was third in line. One at the speaker, one more, then me. Seven minutes later took the speaker order. Six minutes later took the next order. Six minutes later took my statement of my APP order. Fourteen minutes later received my order."

"Waited in drive thru line for almost 10 min and never got to order. Parked and went inside. Waited another 5 min and never placed an order. Walked out and went to Burger King. This location almost always has one person trying to work counter and drive thru both. Need two people."
