"Great braiders but SIERRA is my favorite. Clean place. Great prices. Neat braids with a huge variety of styles. And I still have my edges!!"
"Siera was nice and did a good job braiding my hair but the gel she used caused my hair to turn white once dry. Very disappointing that I went back up there for her to fix and when it dried my hair was white, AGAIN. I went up there AGAIN but asked her to use black gel and this timw when it dried, it was fine. Luckily, my sister suggested the black gel or it would have possibly dried white AGAIN. The dry white gel was very visible with Stitch Cornrolls. It was not something that could be overlooked. Sierra said they got a bad batch and that's why that happened. My issue is why use the same batch both times, then?! Nadia was my sister's stylist. Also rating low because Nadia told us it would take 3 hours for her to braid my sister's hair. It ended up taking nearly 4.5 hours. Nadia is an extremely slow braider. Nadia (was originally going to be my stylist before I was switched to Sierra) also stated stitch cornrolls would hold up while swimming and AFTER my hair is done by Sierra, then Sierra stated that I should have gotten regular cornrolls because the stitch won't hold up so much while swimming. Sierra was very friendly but the dried white gel and having to come back twice is poor customer service. Nadie could use a course in customer service and educate herself before giving advise to clients. I paid for both styles, so I'm reviewing for both. We will not be returning."
"They have great customer service, but I am very disappointed with my hair. The lady was very nice, but she truly didn't know how to style my hair like what I asked. I'm moreso upset, because I paid for the service and now my hair looks a MESS. I don't have time or money to go anywhere else. SMH. Go there for braids."
