"Do not buy hair from this place for any reason they are fraudulent scammers! After taking 18 days to finally deliver 2 bundles… a package arrived with the post office asking me for the shipping payment of $14.95. Order confirmation has 5-7 days free shipping but after 18 days the business did not pay for shipping and expected me to pay for shipping at delivery. I should have listened to the previous reviews but I bought hair from them about 2 years ago. I just remembered the hair wasn’t the best quality but it was pretty cheap so I ordered again for a quick style that I didn’t plan to last long. I noticed the payment methods changed and the business email changed on my recent order so I was very skeptical. Something definitely changed with management or ownership to now this business is such an obvious scam. Do not waste your money or time. It is such a headache working with this business that it is not worth spending a dollar or wasting a minute of time to purchase. 0/10 would never recommend."
