"It’s alive and buzzing tonight. They said it was a 20 minute wait for our table but it was only 5. The lady got us to our table and a guy served us our chips and our waiter brought us drinks. He was a taller round man and very very kind. We mixed our salsa with the spicy cheese dip and it was amazing with the house made chips. We ordered the Birria tacos and more tacos! About the tastiest Mexican I’ve had in a while!!"

"So disappointed in the service. She never greeted us or smiled once. She reached over my shoulder three times to pass food to someone when she could have taken two steps over to place it on the table. We all waited for utensils for several minutes just to eat dinner. She rolled her eyes for warm chips and m because she brought wings that were sauced over instead of plain. When I calmly talked to the manager about ALL of this behavior she rolled her eyes again. Instead of addressing the above behaviors she simply stated, “We’re remaking the wings.” Not going here again. No apology was ever given."

"Currently at this restaurant and it is almost empty. Yet, this is my worst dining experience this year. Food was cold, 30 minute wait on rice and chicken wings, waitress was unpleasant to say the least- she reached over heads with food, took forever to bring silverware, got our orders wrong and every time we asked for service, she seemed irritated we were talking to her. Asked for a manager 10 minutes ago (pretty sure he/she isn’t coming to address our complaints.) Party of 10, so being charged gratuity for this horrible experience is the icing on the cake! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY."

"We stopped by LA Hacienda Mexican restaurants on our way through Americus GA. We walked in and had to wait to be seated. Only had 4 people in the restaurant sitted down. They finally sat us down. We asked the lady that sat us, could she get some drinks. She said she wasn't a waitress and that she would get our waiter. We thought that was kinda rude. She could have gotten it for us. All she did was walk over back and sat back down. Our waiter came. It was a guy. He was friendly. He apologized for the wait. He got our drink order and our food order. Wasn't long our food came out. It was hot and tasty. By the time we left, it was getting busy. I had the chicken taco salad, and my husband had the fajita plate. We had cheese dip, too. Sweet Tea for me to drink and diet coke for my husband"
