"Attempted to get service as a walk in but was told they were booked for the day and that I could call to make an appointment or try again tomorrow. However, their door clearly states walk ins are welcomed. I believe I would have been ok with this if I was welcome inside and the attendant was more courteous with the delivery of the statement.
