"This is one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I can't believe Kenzie could look at me straight in the face and act like there was nothing wrong. The cuts she made were almost random. She cut my bangs straight across and curled them under (who does that?!). The bangs had no transition into the hair that was supposed to frame my face. When she went to fix it, things just got worse. Even my husband said "it's not a good cut" and he never says anything negative about things like this. My daughter just stared at it and said "that's just not right." I'm afraid to wash and style it because now I'll see all the damage done. It's just awful."
