"Just had lunch at Chicken Salad Chick and I must say I was impressed by the excellent customer service from the staff member Zya who made sure I was well taken care of. More employees should follow the high standard that she has set for me today. The commitment to providing a delightful experience was evident. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere added to the enjoyment of the meal. A highly recommended spot for a satisfying eating experience."

"I wanted to love this place as I have been seeing that one is coming close to my house, but it was just ok. It's a little pricey, so we opted for the take-home containers in lieu of getting multiple sandwiches. Like most places now, they have a tip option on the screen before you pay, and I'm like, for what?? I read through the options and chose the ones we wanted, picked them out from the cooler myself, and bought them to the counter to pay. Who would I tip, myself? They gave us wheat crackers with our purchase, and those were the tastiest part of the purchase. We had Olivia's Old South & Cranberry Kelli."

"Went here for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. The customer service was nice. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. I could have sat in there all day. When in the area I'll definitely stop in again. Also, I hated pimento cheese since a kid. Tried theirs and OMG it was so good."

"Great way to try lots of different recipes of chicken salad. I tried Fruity Fran with apples, grapes, and pineapples. I also had a cup of loaded potato soup. Both were delicious."
