"Probably the worst mcdonald’s of all time. Every single time I go to this location they get my order wrong and/or take forever. I ordered 2 sandwiches and fries and it took over 15 minutes? There is a location less than 5 miles away that has perfect and quick service with hot food. This is my last time going to this location."

"Middle-aged lady at the window showed courtesy and modern etiquette. It's definitely not the norm at this McDonalds. Maybe your professionalism and the desire to just do your job will rub off on others."

"Went through the drive-through. The staff was short and not welcoming at all. The drive-through attendant asked what we had for paying, and as we answered they shut the window in our face and then opened it back up the take the payment. I ordered an Egg Muffin with no cheese or meat. They gave us a pancake platter with a muffin and an egg round in it. They charged us more for that than the regular Mc Muffin. When I got the platter open, half my muffin bottom was missing. In the end, I paid more for less and did not get the full items I paid for. Service was bad food was bad and the atmosphere was what you expect at a McDonald's."

"Very ghetto. I was at the window waiting to pay and the girl was on her cell phone. I asked for my food fresh and a diet soda. I got cold food and regular coke. They don’t care. Sometimes it’s worth the extra to go to chick fil a. I only went because my toddler likes the kid meals. The one on Macon road remade my food fresh and hot. Since I was near the area. They also had great service and very professional."

"I just ordered a Big Mac meal via the drive through; get home and got a fish sandwich inside of a Big Mac box! I should have followed my first mind and went to Chic-Fa-La… this screw up would have never happened; then I called and talked with Jonathan, who said he was the manager, and he explained they don’t check the food coming from the back. Just disappointing."
