"Molly installed my Extension in June one week after Installing them they look worse than this. They came lose and We’re hanging I had to go back in for her to reinstall them leaving It hard to style due to the way she sewed them. I had to do a Restall in August they came lose again after I paid for the reinstall let me mention this is a really pricey thing to get done and when you pay for it you just want it to be right . Each time I was paying full price and still tipped good. During the time of getting my hair done I had to listen to the owner bashing her Customers talking about their family etc. this one costumer was a close friend to the owner and upset the costumer upset her she was telling details about how she was abused by your boyfriend/husband and then she was cutting this women bashing her horrible I was thinking do they just talk bad about people all day .this women she was speaking bad about talking down because she gave her discounts then bragged how she officially fired her. I just felt bad for The women she was cutting down . Just was unprofessional nor kind at all. Just constantly complaining it wasn’t relaxing at all it seems it’s rubbing off on Molly not in a positive way she’s usually a very sweet person. I’m not just saying this I started noticing from Molly more often when I was coming in when she was fixing my hair I just thought maybe they are having bad days but it’s just all the time . Now she seems to just not care as much about doing ppls hair as she use too she seems to have lost interest in doing hair complaining about Customers just like her boss she’s a totally different person than I know from when she use to cut my boys hair I don’t know what’s happened to her but she’s not nearly as kind hearted as she was before she isn’t Hubble anymore everything that made her shine is just not there anymore and she’s allowed it to affect the way she works which is sad because that’s what made her great before . She blames the costumers for her lack of Experience just isn’t right to do to paying Customers usually Stylist want their customers to feel happy with their hair. She talks unkind about Customers and complains about them that’s not what the hair business is suppose to be about . They should feel challenged to want to learn more and to make ppl feel good about themselves by just a hair style a new hair cut or just a color and curl hair Stylist usually live for that. It simply wasn’t my fault that the hair failed to stay because she didn’t install them correctly and according to my hairs needs. I took great care of them and did all the right things with them . I went to another Solon due to Molly not being able to properly install them and because she was rude after I have spent over 1500 in the Solon in the last two months and tipped her well each time . The new Solon said that the treading wasn’t correct the beads were to big for my hair so she didn’t use the right beads and the the hair Quality isn’t good the tread wasn’t a good tread l. I got the opportunity to see the other hair that the new Solon uses and it feels so much better than the hair that Molly orders over all the New Solon was extremely nice and the Stylist are extremely experienced and Professional the pricing matches Mollys prices. I will never recommend any one to this Solon again due to how I was treated and the lack of quality and care to their Customers. My Experiences each time I was in there they were never professional. Nothing like they Advertise to be. I’m not hard to satisfy I don’t complain I try to be understanding but returning three times for tighten up Extensions hanging hair off my head just looked horrible because they didn’t do them right and the Quality of product wasn’t good and all the money that goes in them the amount I was paying as a Customer I was treated wrong just wasn’t right at all … None of the work I have seen from theses Stylist sticks out to me differently wouldn’t get my vote for best Solon"

"I made my 1st appointment online 4 months ago with Molly to install hair ext. Wefts and tape inns. Molly called me to let me know she could do them, but she's still fairly new at it. No problem! Fast forward now. I have seen Molly 3 more times for new extentions and color. She has always done an amazing job. Very professional! She takes her time, and does excellent work! Extentions isn't for everyone! You must know how to PROPERLY care for them in every single way. Otherwise you will be at the salon every week with loose wefts, and that's because you don't know how to care for them. Also! The other ladies that work here. So kind, professional and hilarious. When you walk in this salon you feel at home. Unfortunately for me, I work on the road, and it's time for me to go to another state. When my hair appt is due, I will do all I can to come back to Molly. By far the best salon I have ever been a customer of in this country. I'm gonna miss these girls!!"

"This salon has to be the best in Carrollton. Of course, that’s my opinion. Everybody is so friendly, and loving. They welcome me into the salon. And are always ready to to say have a good day when I leave. Amanda is my stylist and she does an awesome job every time I go in. She has made my hair healthy. When I first went to her, my hair was burnt up and she worked to get my hair back to being healthy where it should have been. If you want a salon that cares about you, you need to go by Hair Off The Square. ❤️❤️❤️"

"The best in town! Amanda (owner) has been cutting our hair since 2017, even gave our son his first haircut. She has always been so patient, kind and accommodating for our hectic schedules. One time even scheduled us on her off day because I forgot about sons picture day! Has really grown to be a part of our family and someone we look forward to seeing every two weeks. The shop always has a good atmosphere and feels as if you’re walking in to catch up with friends. All stylists always remember us, chat and make us feel welcome. The experience here is more than by just a haircut but feels like coming home to visit. Pictures attached because the cuts speak for themselves. We’re constantly being asked where we go for sons haircut because it’s always perfect. Highly recommend and will be going here for years to come."
