"I had a prescription sent in around 5 pm and they didn’t have it ready until after 8:30 pm. They told me at 5:15 that it would be an hour. When I showed up after 7, they said it would be a while. I waited until 8:20 and they said another 20 minutes."

"Don’t go here for the pharmacy! 1. It has been 3 days with out my full prescribed medications. One of which they misplaced into a “separate account”. 2. I was prescribed an over the counter drug safe for me because of related health problems and the pharmacist talked my husband into getting a different over the counter with out checking to see if there was any concerns with me taking the not prescribed medication. So not only did she waste my money on a medication I can not take but if I was not diligent with my own health, I would be taking the not prescribed medication that could cause serious harm or death. This is a dangerous place that is constantly overwhelmed, do not put your life in these thoughtless peoples hands"

"There’s always an issue with there pharmacy. They will say the medicine is ready and will never have it. Let alone you have to wait in the line in store or outside for over 30 minutes. This place is a joke when it comes to getting your prescriptions. The staff is very rude and unprofessional."

"The pharmacist from I think Africa, a lady, is the Rudest person in all of Carroll county!! She has an awful attitude and acts like she is superior to her customers! Someone needs to knock this lady off of her high horse. She refused to sell me Freaking Advil cold and Sinius I had a Drivers License and she said that it was faded so I couldn't buy it. Then made my wife walk in the store to get her prescription when she was so sick the hospital wanted to keep her!. This woman needs fired!!"

"I would give this pharmacy NO stars if it would let me. My husband and I have been treated very rudely by the staff. I have called their corporate office due to the treatment we received. I was out of my medicine for 2 days due to their error. When I received my medication it was 20 pills short and they refused to make it right even though we counted it on their property!! Don’t ever use any Walgreens if you want to be treated well and get all your medication!!"
