"Poor service and attitude in the drive thru, incorrect order and missing food, no dinner for this mama tonight. I really don't understand the bad attitude or lack of doing a job right these days. I worked food service for YEARS.. not a difficult job, even when you have to put up with customers that are unsatisfied, like me. I just wanted some dinner before driving back to Warner Robins at 8 at night. My kid wanted Wendy's, even though she knows I never go because of the bad service I get AT EVERY LOCATION I GO TO. This was no different."

"Drive through is ridiculous 2 minutes to even acknowledge me at the speaker. Then take my mobile order that I actually placed, tell me to drive around didn't acknowledge me at the window at all. Then about 4-5 minutes later to hand me a bag and not say hello how are you have a great day is there anything I can get you it's all there nothing, not a single word. So other than checking my own bag I didn't even know if I could drive off. Really very sad"

"This is down from my house but I can hardly eat here because the drive-thru service is really slow. I usually end up pulling out of line and going elsewhere. When I do get to order, the takers are rude. I just ordered a taco salad and only got lettuce chili and sour cream. Double-check your order if you eat here before leaving."

"Gues the night crew on 12/11/23 at around 10:55 pm must know how to “work”” the system than actually “work” their job. They might wanna check out open enrollment for preschool because they’re great at sitting around in there. After waiting for 5 minutes at the drive thru with no response someone fumbled on the mic and said “our orders are unavailable right now” and wouldn’t respond to me after. Must be too busy sitting on each other’s hands warming themselves idk."

"Mobile order. They didn't make order correctly and seemed annoyed that I shared the items. That I wanted. They stated they remade and gave me old lettuce. With not so fresh bun. Luckily this is not a place a visit often. Totally not a good experience."
