Waffle House

"I want to preface this with the fact that since this location has been built, I have never had a poor experience. This restaurant was a 5 star experience each and every time I came with my family. Today, however, I had the absolute worst experience. Starting with the service, I had to remind the waiter, Tyler, for my drinks and silverware after he had given us our food. Not a huge deal, but I digress. Then comes the cook/s. Our food somehow came off the grill cold. My hash browns were rock solid, my fiance's grits were also somehow hard and cold, my eggs were runny and cold, and my fiance's waffle was burned around the edge. I also heard the table next to us were missing a few items as well. Lastly, the entire time we were sitting here, we had to listen to both the female cooks complain how it was "ridiculous," "insane," and every other simile they could think of to express their dissatisfaction with how busy they were. There were 3 tables seated when we arrived at 18:55 and by the time I had been seated, 2 of them had already left. Also, as we were leaving approximately 45 minutes later, none of the tables had been cleared or cleaned off."

"I made a to go order. Taken by a new employee. She did an extra careful job. I'm a great tipper. I gave her a generous tip. Her trainer was sort of short with her and me too for that matter. You already charge a 20% fee for to go orders. I parked right across from. The front door. Every time I have used this location in the past they brought the food outside to my car. I will not use his location again.it took far to long to get an order. I was punished by the head waitress. They burned my first waffle. Kim told me that they aren't supposed to bring the food outside to customers. Please admonish those who brought meals to my car. Now that I know your policies I will stop frequenting this location."

"This is BY FAR the best Waffle House I’ve ever experienced! Top notch waitresses, greeter’s, and cooks! Colby, Michelle, and Kayleigh make my omelettes perfect every time. I might have a favorite cook (I’m kidding) but I’m NEVER disappointed with my order (whether it’s eat-in or to-go) and I have a special custom order I get. 4 3-egg ham and cheese mushroom omelettes. Excellent wait times and I totally understand when the staff is slammed and doing their best. A little kindness and patience can go a long way. In the attached pic I got “fancy” that day and ordered 2 country ham sides too. I eat here all the time. Of course I recommend the ham and cheese omelette."

"I'll give it 5 stars. The team works well together for only being together for a short period of time. I expect them to become more fluent as they deal with the high crowds for the first month. From what I saw the wait wasn't very long for new customers coming in. Great location for this waffle house. Only gripe I have is the small parking lot. Full parking lot makes it hard to turn around but I can't blame that on Waffle House just the builders."
