"Saying that I was served a chicken sandwich out of the TRASH would be an understatement. That's surely what it tasted like. I bit into my sandwich and it tasted horrible. It was dry, old, and rancid. Because it tasted so bad I began fully examining the sandwich. After taking a closer look inside the chicken beneath the breading it was green. I have never seen anything like it. Even the bottom of the bun looked horrible. I took pictures, but the camera didn't pick up the color well, it looks yellow, but it's certainly green in person. I am disgusted and disappointed."

"Came here to get the app offer of a 10 piece nugget with any purchase. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a drink. The girl at the window scanned the coupon then said it took the coupon but nothing came off. As a fast food worker, I can understand customers not reading the fine print of a coupon or being difficult, but I’ve read the fine print and its worked before under the same circumstances. I had exactly what the coupon asked for and the worker had no regard for trying to see what the issue was. I would have at least tried to figure out or explain why it scanned the coupon but nothing came off. She was already very rude to begin with (living up to a certain stereotype) and the man that was coming to “help” was no better. I don’t understand the logic of not trying to help someone when they have what they asked for. They just say “it didn’t work” and look at you like it’s not their problem to fix. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if the coupon doesn’t go away after not even coming off. Idk why the unnecessary attitudes…"

"Our food was cold and our chicken sandwich tasted old...like it had been refried. It was dried out bad. We order the spicy chicken but it wasn't spicy of juicy like it used to be. The only saving grace was the lemonade"

"The store looked dirty inside I got the 4 for 4, my burger was cold and only the nuggets and the fries were good. Also my mom order chili and it was basically just colored water with beans, the person on the intercom was being rude. Don’t really recommend but if you do go there just get nuggets and fries"
