"As we arrived at 5:55, the lady saw us park and immediately flipped the open sign to closed, while proceeding to chit chat with her colleagues."

"I went to this shop because I seen so many good reviews, and my experience was horrible. I called and spoke with the owner days before I actually went to the shop. I asked about walk-in and my boys ages for pricing. Carmen stated she is appointments only, but she has 2 barbers that do walk-in, so I went to her shop with my youngest, and when I walked in no one greeted me nor asked what I needed, so I was just standing there looking crazy for a while then I decided to sit down and wait our turn still no one said anything to me. I sat there for 30mins waiting then finally I asked Carmen if she had time to cut my youngest hair and she told me that I can make an appointment, and her other barbers do not cut babies hair something she did not tell me when I called her previously Then on top of that I waited 30 minutes thinking that my child would get a cut and it didn’t happen. The nice thing to do would’ve been since I had waited and no one said anything to me is yes, I will squeeze him in since I was sitting there waiting. Customer service there is horrible and I will not waste my money in that type of environment!"

"My son and I always come here for our cuts. The only issue I have is they never open on time. The sign says open at 10 am there has been multiple times where I ended up leaving because I'm tired of waiting. They do great work but the professionalism is lacking. If you supposed to open at a certain time then thats what people expect"
