"My first visit for hair and make up to a Christmas function went very well. I set another appointment the following week for a signature blow out. I injured my back the morning of the appointment and could not sit for the appointment. I called to reschedule based on my injury and after 30 minutes of being left on hold and despite a large tip the prior week was informed the manager “did not care about the reason” and would still charge a cancellation fee. First, leaving someone on hold for 30 minutes is extremely unprofessional. Second, refusing to understand that life happens and showing no concern for your clients is beyond unprofessional. Do not in any way think this is a professional business. Like everyone else in business today, the only thing that matters is money. I have a nail salon and I go to the same person each time because they care I will never give this salon any more business as there are plenty of other places who understand the concept of customer service. Going here is giving money to people who care about the bottom dollar over client relationships"
