"Been here plenty of times, dine in, takeout, & drive through. Portions are plenty for the price."
"So to start I do want to say I’ve never had a problem with any employee. Everyone is always nice. But I’m writing this review bc today was the LAST straw! I got a salad with super mushy tomatoes! For YEARS this location has been terrible when it comes to food quality and attention to details. I know fast food is a fast paced stressful business but training needs to be tighter. People spend money here so something has to change. Over cooked food, burned fries, wings with a dab of sauce, slices of bread that just seems straight out the bag skipped the toaster, ALWAYS forgetting ordered items. I’m not understanding how anyone can serve up some of the meals I’ve been served here. No attention to detail at ALL."
"First off when we entered there were at-least 10 costumers waiting in line, after we waited to place an order we went to get drinks. There was no sweet tea (what I wanted) others and I had to ask for sweet tea. Then when I was seated I had to wait an hour for my food there were at-least 15 other customers waiting for their food as well. The workers were stubborn and slow. When I finally got my food they had my order wrong, and my fries were undercooked. Over all a bad service at this Zaxby’s."
"I hate to write bad reviews. I would much rather give a great glaring praise review. This Zaxby's is consistently bad. Over the last year, I have eaten at this one over 12 times. Many times I get it thru the drive thru, get home 10 mins away, and fries are often bland, barely warm. Too many times they're either over cooked or undercook. The tenders are usually ok, but sometimes miss. The food taste like a heat lamp special. I've filled out multiple surveys to express this, but it doesn't seem to change. I don't know if its apathy on mgmts part or just not caring by employees here.. People work too hard for their money to buy poor quality. FYI - I'm a Zaxby's fan and there are good ones out there...go out of your way to the Hwy 78/Killian hill one instead. I'll continue to go back to this one from time to time to see if anything improves. If it ever consistently improves, I'll gladly change my review."
"Food is always good. Nicely packed but the wait is way too long. It's always so packed. Maybe more Crew members or better prepared. Fried pickles 7/10 & sweet tea was on point ! 9/10"
