"I came thinking going through the drive thru would be easier to just get 1 regular cheese pizza, I was wrong. I stood in line in the drive thru to pay for the pizza and then he told to park near by and wait for the pizza. I wish I was told before paying that I was going to have to wait."
"Came through the drive thu and the kids working the night shift are highly unprofessional. They were conversing and laughing while ignoring the fact I was waiting at the window even tough I made eye contact with two of them. By the time they acknowledged me they had no sense of Customer Service. Just a quick “ what do you want?”. I placed the order and after paying I was able to clearly see through the window how they prepped the order with no gloves, proceeded to converse and shake hand only to then grab the ingredients again without gloves or washing hands. If health department was contacted, they would surely fail. Won’t be returning again. I do NOT recommend THIS LOCATION ever. Rude, nasty and unprofessional. Should be closed down. January 11,2024 @ 8:30 pm"
"Not impressed. Flimsy, greasy pizza. They opened at 10:30am, I picked this up at 12 and it was NOT "hot and ready" it was cold, flimsy, gross, inedible. 10/24/2023"
"Rude staff doesn’t know how to count change and made the comment “you don’t know math” very rude had to call manager over to get correct change back. Pizzas are usually not all the way cooked or are very sloppy and all crust. Friendly manager but the workers are always either on their phone or talking to friends instead of working"
"Most people will obviously come to the reviews to complain, but not as often to compliment. I read through a lot of the negative comments, and most were related to speed of service or how well they were served. What a lot of these people forget is this staff is not as big as they need to be for the demand and they are trying their hardest which is what matters most. I came in to the location at 9:30, 30min before close. I walked in, only waited less than 2min and was acknowledge, helped, and out the door in another minute. Natasha helped me out and is very very nice! She was working hard and being very diligent while helping customers. Give her a raise!! Pizza taste great, and so do the bread sticks. Thanks Natasha!"
