"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about our recent experience with Papa John's Pizza! We placed an order for a group of people, and the service we received was exceptional from start to finish. Firstly, the ordering process was seamless and efficient. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making sure to get all the details right for our group order. They even helped us customize our pizzas to suit different preferences, which we really appreciated. The delivery was prompt, and our pizzas arrived hot and fresh. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors were outstanding. It was clear that they take immense pride in the products they serve. What truly stood out was the level of service provided. The team at Papa John's went above and beyond to ensure that our order was accurate and delivered on time. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really impressed us. "I really tried with this location 1st instance - pizza was basically a flat cracker (GF crust), with a barely a smear of sauce and a few pineapple pieces thrown on top. Was a joke 2nd instance: ordered through door dash, waited 2 hours, had two different drivers cancel on my order, until finally a few minutes before closing I canceled my order 3rd instance: pizza took 15 minutes longer than the estimated window and it was burnt, one of the worst pizzas Ive had and a waste of 22$ (pictured below)"

"They didn’t even cook the dough on my pizza all the way it was still raw when I asked for that pizza to be well done. They burnt the cheesy bread."

"If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered pizza from here today and it was awful. The pizza was disformed and disgusting. I called and the lady told me she could only offer me a free pizza because i ate some of the pizza. Duh I’m going to eat it what I’m suppose to do? If i ordered it are ya’ll going to come back and pick it up. I wanted a refund that was so unacceptable and I’ve never seen such thing. The manger was VERY rude. Telling me i could get a refund because we ate 2 slices and had to end up throwing it away because it was nasty. She told me someone new made the pizza and they don't know how to make pizzas. This is unacceptable and i want to speak with corporate i want a full refund. So unprofessional and nasty. I will never eat here again."

"Ordered a large pepperoni and 8 buffalo wings and got this instead; a pizza that had clearly been returned/left out and was reheated which made the cheese run and covered the already poorly cut pizza, making it impossible to pull apart normally, and a box of buffalo chicken poppers instead of the wings. The pizza was dry and sauceless and the poppers were cold. The last slice of pizza we tried to eat looked like it climbed out of a sewer or had escaped from Chernobyl. This cost 37 dollars after a 20% tip by the way. Save yourself some time and go dumpster diving behind a school after pizza day if you want similar quality."
