Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"It was really good service. I had ordered traditional wings but was given boneless. The young lady was so apologetic and quickly gave me what ordered before my other food got cold. Wings were delicious"

"I literally just left and got home and saw how horrible my salad looked! I asked for my chicken on the side (no complaints about that) and literally had to pick up the old lettuce and dig thru to find the cheese, cucumbers and onion strips. The price of everything is higher now, so giving people half meals is unacceptable. The manager did offer to have it remade when I called and I declined. I was already home and had literally just driven 6 hours back to GA. This was the fried house zalad without tomatoes… barely any cucumber, cheese, onion strips. I could count the shreds of cheese, about 3 small soggy cucumbers and onion strip crumbs. Pics below"

"Being from the Midwest, we do not have Zaxby's. I truly wanted to love the parmesan chicken fries, but I could barely eat it due to the high sodium taste. Truly, every bite I took simply tasted like salt. I didn't get the flavor of the chicken or the cheese... Ppl with high blood pressure be forewarned. My bag of food was next to impossible to break into and I had to tear it apart. I did not receive napkins or a fork requiring me to go back through the drive-thru line to get them. I'm hoping for better results in my second visit."

"Man I wish we had Zaxby's up north! I have had Raising Cane's and thought that was the best tenders around.. I was WRONG. Zaxby's is next level and this location was clean and had an awesome staff."

"First time ever visiting a Zaxby and I must say it wasn’t what I had heard about. The food was not bad, but definitely not a home run! My chicken tenders had obviously been sitting under a heating lamp, and the wing sauce left a lot to be desired. The seasoning used on the chicken tenders is outstanding! My fries were good, and I love the big selection from the drink machine. Overall the staff was very nice. I would come back again."
