"Zaxby's has a great handle on chicken! I've been going to the Tucker, GA location on & off for a few years and have always had great service. My regular order is fingers, fries, and a salad (sometimes I'll venture out and get a chicken sandwich) - and ALWAYS have to get extra Zaxby's sauce!! The only flaw I've run into is the dining area... it just has a cramped feel to it... for this, I've only ever gotten my food to-go. Fortunately, the food and service have always been 5-star in my opinion!"
"My experience was a good one at Tucker, GA location today as usual. Customer Service was on point friendly as usual. The food was served hot, and the Philly Cheese sandwich was excellent. This location makes the best Philly Cheese sandwich, with the beautiful green and red bell peppers and onions. Yes, I am loving and enjoying it!"
"Tuesday 4pm Customer service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Speed of Service 20/10 ✨ Handed me my food literally as soon as the register chimed that my payment had gone through! We’re not going to talk about how long it takes to get your food at the OTHER Chicken places!! Dining room & exterior were immaculate. Customer service and atmosphere were great! The employees were having a good time, while still putting the customer first! I will definitely return to this location when I’m in the area!"
"Really slow, always out of something. This time they only had sweet tea to drink. But the cashier asked twice what do I want to drink.. obviously sweet tea?! Bums harassing cars in the drive thru. I always have to pull up and wait for food. Loud and ghetto."
