Papa Johns Pizza

"The service from the call center and the drive through pick was great pleasant,individuals. My pizza did take a little longer, but who doesn't want hot and fresh pizza! I was told sorry for the long wait,and did get extra peppers,which I paid for. My pizza looked good,but had very little sauce on it, which affected the taste and quality,slightly burnt in places, crust darker than expected on top and bottom. I had remembered and expected better from Papa John. Yes,I did call and inform them,and was told thats the way we make it for all our customers, and was offered to make it again."

"I go to this location maybe every other week. Today I ordered the usual which is a medium original crust cheese pizza for my kids and wings for the papa pairings deal. When I recieved the pizza it looked like a thin crust pizza I asked the worker in the drive through window about it and she told me that it is their new crust although I seen pizzas in the back with the originial crust which didn’t make sense to me. We did not want a thin crust pizza."

"I called around 9:15pm in regards to my order I received from the drive thru. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza (although it was cut improperly) it was perfect. I also ordered 2/6 count wings well done, however they were not well done at all. I spoke with Mark the manager on duty who thought it was a laughing matter because I described the chicken as being fairly close to raw in texture. He offered no solution to the situation, not even to simply remake my order. I found it very unprofessional and inconsiderate. So I proceeded to ask him of his intentions on resolving the issue, he continued to laugh and told me to call Monday and take it up with the GM. The audacity, I already waited well over the timeframe given when I placed my order , I was very patient. Nor was I rude when I called for a resolution so to be laughed at after being so patient about something I spent my hard earned money on is rude. It was an easy fix, Although an inconvenience for me I didn’t mind bringing the product back to swap out for food prepared the way I requested it. He was very apathetic to resolving the issues and chose to handle things very poorly. I will be calling Monday to speak with the GM. I will also be reaching out to corporate."

"The pizza looked rushed and once I started eating it I can definitely say they pulled it out still gummy. Once calling back up there the young girl had a nasty attitude and refused to put a manager on the phone. I will eat nasty Pizza Hut cardboard pizza before I eat anything under cooked"

"I order my pizza online. Get there and the girl hands me the wrong pizza. It was missing the banana peppers. I asked was this the Italian three meat pizza and she said yes. But there were no banana peppers. So she take the pizza back and claim to remake it but all they did was throw the peppers on and throw it in the oven. The pizza was very salty. The cashier was loud and ghetto. She was walking around with a blow pop in her mouth and just being very ratchet! The cook in the back did come out and apologize to me. So the one star is for him!!"
