"It was really busy but we finally were seated. The server was friendly and attentive. My steak was cooked to perfection."
"Update--next visit found them struggling to keep up with customer service aspects. Waiters struggling. Had to send back a steak, but upon return, it was perfect. It took so long, though, that we were ready to go. First visit--Impressed. Food and service--10 out of 10. Steaks are so flavorful. I would not recommend the steak tips (good sauce but tough cut). Drinks, service, exemplary. Would definitely continue to return. We came later in the evening, but there are early dine options (til 5pm) for 10.99."
"Everything was great except where they sit us. A little table for 2 adults with a full meal salad rolls and drinks is not enough room and very uncomfortable and annoying. We won't sit at one of those little tables again we paid alot of money and want to be comfortable when we eat out."
"My husband and I have eaten here several times but this time was horrible. I had the salmon and it was awful it was very hard and extremely dry. My baked sweet potato was tasteless and lukewarm too the point that the butter wouldn't melt. We had the combo appetizer for starters the boneless wings were not mild at all they were very hot, the rattlesnake bites had no jalapenos in them just a lot of cheese, the potato skins were lukewarm and covered with old cheese and hard bacon. My husband had the fried catfish he said it was lukewarm and not very tasty as well ss his baked sweet potato. We were very disappointed with our meal this time. Our waiter Vonn was not very attentive we had to keep asking him for things that we shouldn't have to ask for like bread that should have been given automatically. I don't know if I'll ever go back. We were very surprised at our visit this time considering our past visits were so very different and much better."
"Beef tips were overdone and tough. Ordered medium and no pink was seen. The flavor was delicious but they were pretty chewy. Mashed potatoes were very good. Salad and ranch dressing super tasty. Yeast rolls and cinnamon butter very good. I just wish I could get a good tender steak of any kind when I come here. I miss the peanuts and inside waiting area since there is always about a half hour wait. Luckily, the weather has cooled off for the outside wait. My once or twice a year trip here is fine with me."
