"The food was really good. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We went on a weekday shortly after they opened so it wasn’t too packed, but it did start to fill up with people who were on their lunch breaks I’m assuming. Our server was ok. She seemed to have a bit of an attitude, but that wouldn’t stop me from going back. Loved the atmosphere."

"My party of 3 visited your establishment on NYE. The restaurant was basically empty. The ticket time was AWFUL. All of our food came out at different times. One person waited a ridiculous amount of time for their side of TATER TOTS. Prior to the side being delivered, the same person had a complaint that their food was not cooked to order. The waitress both assured and showed us that she had put the order in as requested and that she would notify management. The manager (whose name I forgot to get and who we didn't know at the time WAS the manager) came to our table, dropped off the long awaited side and left. Imagine our surprise, when after asking to speak with management again, that person returned to our table. She proceeded to tell us that the requested food item could not be cooked to order. When asked if that is not an option, why was the waitress not informed of this so we would not have been able to request it? She assured she would make sure they were told and when asked if there was some sort of compensation/appeasement that we could receive, she in essence looked at us like we had offended her and ask "for....?". Is this how you train your managers to treat paying customers? We weren't able to get the alcohol we wanted for the drinks we ordered, had to wait beyond what is deemed a reasonable amount of time for our food to come out of the kitchen, and had an awful experience with your manager, who from what I could tell, was more interested in running out to the patio to smoke and sit on the phone than she was in serving her customers. The discount was given, but the service in your establishment leaves much to be desired."

"We’ve been in/around Hapeville for decades and have driven by Corner Tavern since its inception. For whatever reason, we’ve never thought to dine here before today. Stopped in for brunch and we were not disappointed. Exceptional, timely service and delicious food made for a great visit. Extensive drink menu was an added plus!!"

"Are you looking for a hometown bar that has everything you need? Food, friends, booze etc? Then look no further. Hapeville Corner Tavern is that bar. You feel instantly welcomed in and treated like a friend the whole time you're there. The staff is some of the nicest I've met and there food was on point! I happened upon this place while in the area for work and loved it. I went everyday I was in that area. They have a nice selection of drinks but what amazed me was the warm, friendly people who sat down next you. Other patrons talked to me like they knee me for years and we had a great time. It just really added to the whole experience. In summary it's a great bar that attracts more great people to it. It's got a good, laid back atmosphere that I wish I could find in a bar back home. I'll be back here for sure!"

"Service was incredibly slow and the waitress had to be flagged down to order our food, get refills, and get our bill. Server never came over on their own accord, didn’t know what beers they had, and gets an automatic 20% tip no matter what. Food was alright, nothing exciting and the flavor was bland. Didn’t have what I ordered. Atmosphere was amazing though."
