Denny's

"Probably the worst Denny’s i have ever been in. Visited two days as local to where we are staying and usually Denny’s are excellent. Both days not busy, service shockingly slow the both days delivered the meals with some food missing. Didn’t come around to refill coffee so chased and then they forgot. If this was my first two visits to Denny’s i would never return again. In the end we amused ourselves in betting on the next issue and how long the food would take to arrive. 32 mins on the first day from order to delivery and only 9 people in the restaurant."

"We went Christmas morning, and the wait was super long, although there weren't that many patrons inside, and they had a lot of workers. When we asked what was taking so long after an hour and a half, the waitress stated that they were pushing out to-go orders before guest that were already seated, which made no sense . We couldn't wait to get our food and leave. We actually would have left earlier, but since we were there so long, we figured we would stay."

"Went on a Veterans Day. It was very crowded but the service I received was top tier.. My server name was peaches. She had an excellent smile on her face. All the while it was very busy. My food arrived hot and fresh. And I had no complaints. From the time I entered the door to I got my food. It was no more than 20 minutes. job well done."

"I ordered a burger medium, but minutes later the waitress came back telling me that according to the "chef" it has to be well done. My wife ordered some bourbon chicken with vegetables however, vegetables were overcook (burned) the sauce turned into a gluei sticky kind of black tar. My son ordered a cheeseburger the meat was overcook and the bread was also burned. I order a half zesty nachos but since my burger couldn't been medium done I instead ask them to give a me full order of nachos. But it looks like what they did was... add more nachos to the same portion of ground meat, melted queso, and the salsa ... there was very little of those ingredients...."

"Normally I love me some Denny's but today I couldn't. I know they were shorthanded, but: they forgot my toast, we never did get a refill on my boyfriends tea. The waitress did come by and apologized because by then they were out of tea, and said she'd get him water. Fine. We never got it. And, it took almost 40 minutes to get our food, and from what I overheard, it was because the waitress forgot to put the order in. May I add also, we were right in front, sitting right across from the counter area, not hidden in the back or wherever. So..sorry guys today you just fell short of the mark. I hope it gets better."
