"I was taken care of immediately even though I came in for 2 pedicures and a full set 15min before closing, while everyone was full. They did such a great job. Love this place and they have a pedicure chair for kids!"
"Changing from two stars to One star today as the more I look at my feet and hands the more obvious it is that they did not take any care at all when applying the polish. As someone previously stated The Guy (owner?) who greets is incredibly unfriendly. I needed new acrylic set and a pedi. Girl who did pedi was very friendly but did a terrible job. Still have hard dry skin on heels (asked for callus removal but they don’t use a metal ‘scraper’). Polish was dabbed on, not brushed on, and no care taken on application so unevenly applied, nails all not filed straight, and leg massage was almost non existent. It May be worst pedi I’ve ever had:( New acrylic set, went ok (different tech). Yes I like length and the shape but the gel polish was applied over cuticles so looks messy and not sure how long will last as it should not touch the cuticle because that causes lifting. Live locally but Won’t be returning:("
"If I were rating this salon based only on the results of my nails, I’d have rated a 5. My nails look great. The charge was 65 so after tipping I spent 75. The first man who “greeted” me was terribly rude. I tried to overlook that since the sweet shy man who worked so hard on my nails and did such a great job did nothing wrong. HOWEVER, when the rude guy saw me pick up one of their cards which promises a 15 dollar discount on the 10th visit, he said sternly “THAT only good when customer pays cash!” I put the card back because I don’t spend that kind of money to be treated rudely. First visit. Last visit."
"I try to never write a negative review unless it is for the greater good. In this instance, I feel like anyone going into this nail salon for a regular manicure (not for gel or acrylics) needs to find a different place to go. Don’t waste your money like I did. My 3 girls and I got manicures on Saturday and by Saturday evening one of them had nail polish chip off, the next morning I woke up with cracks all in the clear coats of my French manicure (which didn’t look great in the first place), and by mid-day Sunday another daughter had chips on many of her nails. My oldest daughter got gel and they still look good 4 days later. We aren’t rough with our nails, being especially careful after manicures, so it doesn’t make any sense. The one thing I did notice is that I didn’t recognize any of the brands of nail polish they were using. It’s possibly just a product quality problem. The staff was very kind and friendly, it’s just not the place to go for a traditional manicure."
"I asked to have short nails, and a thin white tip. The man listened to neither. This was my first time getting acrylic nails and I am so disappointed in spending my hard earned money on this. :("
