"I do have complaints but it is only corporate vise. The past 3 orders I have done came through the Taco Bell app. They take the money but the order doesn’t go to the store. Each time I have to end up going to the store. Today the staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager tonight went above and beyond to make sure my order was done correctly. I wish they would fix the app but I will let you know the staff had all interest in getting the order prepared and ready. Lets you know humans are better than technology. Keep up the good work but figure out your application. You put hinders on employees that shouldn’t have to."

"I go to taco bell atleast once a week this location was one of my favorites. Not because of the food but the staff. She have life in them when they help you and very accommodating. The young lady actually smiled while she was helping me."

"If I could give this a -10 rating I would. My friends and I were on the way to Atlanta to a concert. We needed to stop at Walmart and decided while we were there, we’d run in Taco Bell to grab something to eat really quick. We ordered our food and had just sat down to eat when a guy who was working there comes from behind the counter cussing and screaming. He went to the door and was arguing with someone outside. They continued to argue and get louder. The guy the employee was arguing with walked to his car and then turned around and came back to the door where the employee plus every other employee by this time was gathered. We looked up and the other guy had a gun aimed at the employee he had been arguing with. . We had to hide under the tables and I called 911. There were 2 older ladies in the restaurant also who had to get on the ground and hide. They were scared to death as we were also. Finally the worker came back in so we left out of another door and ran to the car. We didn’t get to eat our food and didn’t think about grabbing it, we were so worked up. As we were driving out the guy pulled back up to the door waiting on the employee. I will never go back there. It basically did it for me with Atlanta."

"The worst customer service I have ever received. I stopped at taco bell because my car was overheating and my air was not working. My temp gage inside my car was reading 115 degrees. To make things worse i had my 14 year old dog with me.......my dog and I desperately needed ice water for ourselves and for my car.. I did not have a dollar to my name and went Inside with tears running down my face and told the cashier what was going on and asked her how much a small cup of ice water will be and she told me $2.80. I proceeded to tell her I didn't have a dollar to my name and she showed me no remorse and made me leave the establishment. She watched me sit outside and struggle to keep my dog and I cool by fanning us with a magazine which was no help at all really. Finally an elderly gentlemen approached us and purchased us a ice water and got me the help I needed to be on my way. I probably would have ended up in the emergency room if it was not for him. I will never go to this restaurant again and I will tell everyone I can about this because it was wrong. A small ice water is normally free at most restaurants ......NOT AT TACO BELL!!!! WOW!!!!!!! SMH!!!!!!"

"I went to the location on Farrington rd and everything I ordered was incorrect. My cheesy 5 layer burrito had no “cheese”and sour cream, the loaded taco fries had no nacho cheese, I asked for “extra” sour cream on those and I got none at all! My soft taco supreme had NO lettuce and tomatoes! My whole order was trash! I wasted my money cause either they need to retrain their employees or fire them cause they done care about good customer service. I even asked the girl at the drive-thru did they add the extra sour cream, she said yes everything is there. Laughable this is my last time going there, cause it’s not the first time my order has been incorrect. How difficult is it to read the screen! Then I call Establishment so I could speak to a manager and the automated system said they couldn’t get to the phone… what a joke!!!"
