"We created an online delivery order for a large cheese pizza, small fries and a 2 liter Pepsi. I received a text shortly after that the order was being delivered soon by a Door Dasher. It was left at my door as requested but the drink was missing. I texted through a Door Dash text but it was no longer valid. Then I spent over 20 minutes on the first call attempt and over 32+ minutes on the second attempt on hold waiting after customer service transferred me to my local restaurant. I just want a refund for my drink that never arrived and not a credit but an actual refund. Surely you can tell if there is an extra soda in inventory?"

"Employees will not admit when they have made a mistake even when you are standing in front of them and they try to sell you something you didn't order and try to tell you that did. When you perfectly know what you said. Not a misunderstanding but a point blank tactic to sell left over food that they couldn't sell from a previous order. Will never buy from that place again. The latin ladies does the best job at everything. No latin ladies taking my order no purchase. I wIsh I had names to mention in this. I also can get 3 meat lovers pizzas for the price of one of yours. SERVICE ATTITUDE is everything. Your pizza quality is good but employees at that particular store is driving away customers."

"This location is within 5 miles of a my house which has been in the same spot since 1986. I ordered a pizza on line and they promised it by 5:48. At 6:10 they sent a message it had been delivered. It hadn't been. They hung up on me 5 times. Finally just as I was disputing the charge, a door dash driver called in and said he was outside. This was at 6:30 PM. The pizza was cold, greasy and the meat was hard as rocks. Pizza Hut at this location should be closed and every person fired. Don't waste your money."

"I ordered a pizza for pick-up on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 7:22p. I was eating my third piece when I came across something that was un-chewable. There was wood on my pizza. Not on the top. It was down in the ingredients. I called the store and was told I would have to bring the pizza back for them to do anything at all. I took the remaining 5 pieces of pizza back to the store, along with the wood. The Store manager didn't believe me. After looking at the wood, he first told me "there ain't no wood in my store". Then, he said, "so, you ate three pieces and then decided there was wood on your pizza?". I assured him that I wasn't a scammer and that I'd ordered from them in the past and never had any issues. Then, I said, "I can call corporate if you can't help me with this." Immediately, he sarcastically said, "Thank you. Have a nice day." That's all he would say after that. So I left and called corporate. and they are "looking into it". I took the remaining pizza apart and found one more piece of wood. On Monday, 07/17/2023, I managed to get a store manager who refunded my money. The refund showed as a pending transaction for one day and then totally disappeared. Wednesday, 07/19/2023, still no word from corporate, I called the local store again and spoke to a manager who is looking into it. I am only asking for a refund that totals $20.10. (This includes a $5.00 tip.) I have asked everyone to speak to the general manager or for the contact information for the franchise holder. I am told that they do not have a GM and they do not have information for the franchise holder. Unreal."
