"I ordered pizza from the stonecrest location at 7:59pm 4/28. I'm writing this at 10:53pm (3hrs later) because I still have not received my pizza. I called the store once to get an update at 10pm and he told me my order was on the way. I still have not received my order. They could've told me something so I could've went another way for food. I have 4 hungry children waiting for pizza. Now I have to spend more money to order more food from somewhere else. Please run me a refund for this order ASAP! This was handled so unprofessional. Corporate you have 24hrs to respond"
