"This place needs new management. The store is open, but some of the food is still frozen. I drove over here on my lunch break to find out they didn’t have it. Service is trash, no we are sorry can we offer you sum else nothing. It wasn't polite. So yeah, do better, thanks. the chicken cost too much anyway to have such bad service."

"I ordered via the app, when I arrived I was informed they didn’t have the premium side I paid for. I simply asked for them to replace it with something else. The cashier said she couldn’t. I asked for the manager on duty, when she came to the front, I asked her for a different side and she said no while walking away. I then asked for the GMs info and was ignored. I THEN went to the drive thru and was AGAIN ignored and NEVER was given the info to upper management. As a GM for a restaurant THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I spent $30 on food that I NEVER RECEIVED. This CANT be the standard. This location and the management running it, make the brand of Popeyes look HORRIBLE…"

"I used the mobile app to place an order…my order should’ve been ready at 11:27am instead when I got to the restaurant the doors were locked, the drive thru open and backed up…mind you I’m on a 30 min lunch break. It’s takes me not even 5 min to get to this location from my job. I sat in line for 15 min and when I did get to the window my food still wasn’t ready. When I did get my food it was room temperature and at this point my entire break was over so I didn’t have time to go back and forth with them about it. I will never patronize this location again"

"I’m not a fast foodie so it’s been a while since I visited a Popeyes and honestly I was beyond surprised at the prices and quality of food; not to mention the horrible customer experience. Wasn’t familiar with the menu since it’s been a while and thought I would purchase the sweet/spicy wings and a kids nugget meal. Total garbage and they should be ashamed serving this quality of food I wouldn’t even give to my dog! A six piece included 2 wing arms, 1 flat and 3 drums; all fully coated you need a hammer to cut through the breading. Just garbage and ice cold despite waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive thru! The kids meal was the same fully coated nuggets with more breading than meat! They charged me extra for fries and a biscuit which I thought was included in the kids meal. I’m far from cheap but up charging a kids meal is beyond. A total waste of $16 but they don’t have to worry about me returning. BLACK FOLKS WHY ARE CARS WRAP AROUND THE BLDG FULL OF US PATRONIZING THIS ESTABLISHMENT??"
