"Customer service is terrible at this location. They completely ignore you and most times only one person is working and the others are walking in circles looking lost. Clearly the management does not care and it reflects in the employees. Took an hour and a half to get my delivery when the site said 35 minutes. Once I got the notification my order was on the way it took 30 minutes and I live 5 minutes from the store."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Needs to be shut down! Ordered pizza for delivery, never received it! Called to check on order, they kept hanging up on me and putting me on hold. Said, “It’s Saturday, we’re busy” when I called to check on delivery status an hour later. Then said, “she’s on her way”. I explained I live 2 miles away and it’s been over an hour. Response was, “I’m trying to figure out what that got to do with me.” Pizza never came. There’s no way these people with these nasty attitudes need to be working.I ordered 42 bucks worth of food. I will NEVER order from here again. I will not spend my hard earned money to be treated rudely by Pizza Hut folks! Based on the other reviews, I’m surprised this place is still open since they never deliver the darn pizzas. Everyone needs to be fired! How does management even allow this??!!"
