"Please listen to the reviews…. I have dined here 3 times now and I can confidently say that I don’t know how this location is allowed to remain in business. The service is mediocre, it’s a quick pick up restaurant. I’m not expecting great service but I am at least expecting decent food. All 3 times I have bought pizza from this location, I have managed to eat 2 slices before being absolutely disgusted and annoyed. All 3 times, I kept the pizza and brought it in for a refund. They rush to cook the food. Cheese is never melted, crust is not crispy, and the pizza is always COLD and never hot even though it just came out of the oven. This is NOT safe!!! Garlic dipping sauces are ALWAYS forgotten at the location. Save yourself a headache and do not order food from here. I really wish Fairview Road had somewhere decent to eat that was quick."

"First, I never got the promised email with delivery updates. I had to call and follow up on the order. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. The driver was DoorDash, which is fine, but did they get the tip or did PJ'S pocket that? One of my pizzas was supposed to be half steak and mushrooms. It was 2/3 cheese and had one piece of steak. I will not be ordering from here again. I normally love papa johns for takeout but this is by far the worst I've ever gotten."
